Westfield provides this resource to our customers with established safety programs to help you measure return on investment.  This Safety Library contains an extensive  collection of material for safety management, employee training and recordkeeping, which enables you to easily create or update your company procedures and loss control practices.

Passwords and User Names may not be shared with or provided to other agencies, organizations, businesses or individuals. 

Use of this services will constitute acceptance of the terms as summarized below.  If you have special needs or concerns, please contact the Customer Relations Department.

Services are currently available on a re-newable assignment basis. During the assignment period, the agreement between, Westfield Insurance and you allows individual access to the services.  Access to any services beyond the assignment period, without the express permission of Westfield Insurance is prohibited.  Use in any way that circumvents the normal assignment process, is prohibited unless written authorization is obtained from Westfield Insurance. 

Customers may use the services (information, material) for local internal purposes to improve their company safety and health programs. Copying material for the end purpose of producing printed, non-saleable and in-house material is permitted  by these terms and conditions.  Use of services to create material or derivative material for sale or external distribution is prohibited.  

The web site information services contains proprietary material of Safety Services which is protected by copyright and other laws respecting proprietary rights.
